A large 4 bedroom family home in the very heart of Woolacombe. Minutes from the beach with private off-road parking for two cars, a large private garden and a lockable store for surfboards and bicycles.

There is a large family lounge and separate dining area with seating for eight people comfortably, there is also a four seater breakfast bar in the kitchen.

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, one of which can be set up as either a SuperKing or a twin on request.

There is a family bathroom on the first floor that has a bath, sink and toilet.

Downstairs there is a utility room with a separate shower room, that also includes a sink and toilet. Ideal if you’ve been to the beach and need a quick shower off before you head into the house.

All towels and bedding will be provided for you during your stay, you will need to bring your own beach and dog towels if required.

There are stair gates fitted top and bottom of the stairs, these can be used to keep by children and dogs where you want them! 😊

The house has been recently redecorated and furnished to a high standard and will make a fabulous base for anyone holidaying in Woolacombe and wishing to explore the surrounding area.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay, including the private garden and parking.

In the main family bathroom upstairs we have a shower over the bath so you have the option of either.

The bathroom downstairs is only a shower.
