Who We Are

We are a family owned business specialising in professional hosting of holiday homes in Woolacombe & Ilfracombe. We are lucky enough to live by the seaside and love sharing our beautiful North Devon Coastline with many travellers every year.

Our fabulous team is made up of locals who work for us all year round, yes we are even here in the winter to make your holidays as special as we can!

By booking direct with us, you will not be paying the high booking fees associated with the corporate platforms such as Airbnb and others, which can only be a good thing right!

Booking Terms

Automated Payment is handled here and we require a 50% deposit with the balance paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation

Guests who cancel 7–30 days before check-in get a 50% refund. After that, their trip is non-refundable.
