There is private parking available for small daily fee very close by, so no worries about finding a space in the summer time!

The garden flat is a fabulous location for couples of all ages to enjoy a relaxing gateway and to just sit and enjoy the views from the garden and patio areas.

The Garden:

A huge pet friendly secure garden for you and your dogs to enjoy all year round.

Kitchen:

There is a well stocked and fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need. Sea view from the kitchen window.

WC:

Separate from the main shower room with hand wash basin and heated towel rail.

Shower Room:

Fully enclosed electric shower with hand wash basin and heated towel rail.

Lounge:

Large 2 seater settee and wing back chair. There is a round dining table and chairs plus a window looking out onto the large patio.

Bedroom:

A king sized bed that is fully made up with white cotton laundry and has freshly washed hand and bath towels.

You have your own private entrance into the apartment and full unrestricted access to the garden, patio and summer house throughout your stay.

Access is through the shared gate for the main house and you may see the owner from time to time if they are staying at the main house.

You have full exclusive access to the garden apartment and grounds during your stay.

If you do see the owner, she doesn’t deal with anything to do with the holiday let and will direct you back to me.

We don’t allow smoking or vaping inside the property. You can vape outside and smoke but please clear up your cigarette ends.

Please don’t use our towels to dry your pooch when he or she comes back from the beach.

Dogs are strictly not allowed on the beds or the furniture.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a polite level at all times.

Please use the Keysafe at all times, we don’t advise taking the keys with you when you go out.

We charge for parking at £5 per day at our rented garage. This is payable in cash on arrival.
