Located just seconds from the High Street, this newly renovated flat puts you in the heart of Ilfracombe!

With access to a local park from the secluded courtyard garden, and within walking distance of all local amenities, this is the place for exploring everything the town has to offer.

Situated on the ground floor, with a large maisonette above, you may hear some noise from time to time, but the maisonette is not a holiday let.

The Flat is a single level dwelling, consisting of a separate lounge and kitchen, with the hallway leading to the twin bunk room and then onto the bathroom and the double bedroom.

Please be aware that you have to go through the twin room to get to the bathroom and the second bedroom.

From the twin bunk room, there is access out to the small enclosed courtyard.

You will enjoy the large lounge and separate large kitchen as well as a huge bathroom.

You enter the building via a shared entrance and the main door to the flat is directly on the left with the other door being access to the maisonette upstairs.

The flat is bright and airy and is ideal accommodation for those visiting Ilfracombe for a wedding at one of the local venues or simply to enjoy the stunning Devon countryside and all the town has to offer.

You’ll have exclusive use of the whole ground floor flat. With a shared hallway from the main front door, you have a lockable front door into the flat. With a high ceiled sitting room at the front of the property, there is an equipped kitchen with dining area, main double bedroom at the rear and a bedroom space with bunk beds. From the bunk bed room is access to a private courtyard. The flat also has a generously sized bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

Your host Simon is available 24/7/365 through the Airbnb messaging app.

Please be aware the flat is on a steep, narrow, one-way street leading down to the High Street, so you may not feel the property is suitable if you have mobility issues or very young children.

There is restricted on-street parking on the opposite side to the flat.

Current parking restrictions allow you to park for one hour only between 9am and 6pm, though please check this when you visit in case of changes we are unaware of.

There is some unrestricted parking at the top of the hill before you turn into the street.

There is also a pay and display car park at the top of the hill - Oxford Grove Car Park.

You will hear noise during your stay both day and night, due to the Flat being central to the town and very close to the High Street.
