Sleeping for 9 people and our location, means we are ideal for Wedding guests and family groups visiting Ilfracombe.

We also have a large rear garden for outdoor dining and pre wedding drinks.

There is ample space in the house for adults and children to relax in comfort and we are also only a gentle 10 minute walk to the stunning harbour.

16 Church Road is a large Victorian family home in the heart of Ilfracombe.

We are ideal for larger groups and particularly convenient for the Tunnels Beaches wedding venue that is no more than a 2 minute walk away.

The house is over 3 floors and has a large back garden area form socialising and BBQ's.

Ideal for multi generational family groups, we have hosted many families over the years as well as many wedding guests.

The bedrooms are all large with plenty of hanging space and you have the option of bunk beds upstairs for the kids.

There is a bathroom for each floor with bedrooms and a downstairs WC off the convenient utility area.

The kitchen is well equipped and suitable for large meals, we have hosted many families for Christmas and New Year.

You will be provided with ample towels and laundry for your stay, extra towels can be provided at a small additional cost if needed.

You will have access to all areas.

We don't have any disabled access and there are multiple stairs at the house.
