Spread over 4 floors, with access to the private rear garden directly from the family kitchen area, there is a huge amount of space for all the family to enjoy

As well as being 2 minutes from the harbour, the Victorian Tunnels beaches and Wedding Venue is only a short walk away.

58 Fore Street is a large family home spread over 4 floors offering spacious accomodation for families and groups of friends.

Whilst having modern facilities the cottage retains many period features and is steeped in history.

There is a large family bathroom with shower and bath plus the king room has a Jack and Jill bathroom that can act as both and ensuite and family bathroom as required.

Bedroom 2 can be specified as either a king or a twin room, standard is as a king unless requested otherwise.

There are views to the rear over Capstone and the Channel.

The cottage is a 2 minute walk into the harbour and if you are attending a wedding at The Tunnels, you can walk there is approximately 10 minutes.

The large twin lounge offers great family space and the large kitchen/dining area downstairs has seating for 8 with direct access to the rear enclosed garden.

There is WiFi throughout the house but we hope you'll be too busy exploring to worry about the wider world!

One thing to be aware of, the house is spacious but some of the pipework is old so it is only possible to have 1 of the showers running at a time.

Number 58 is the perfect central location for anyone visiting Ilfracombe and a great base for exploring the wider North Devon area.

Hosted by Simon (a long time Ilfracombe resident) you will be well looked after and can call on him at any time to help out or offer advice.
