You will be five minutes from the beach on foot, so for families wishing to take advantage of the golden Sands or surfers looking to ride the waves, you are ideally placed!

There is a large lounge area with ample seating and French doors that open o to the large decking area.

We have two bedrooms, one set up as a double and one with bunks, the bunks are 6 foot so suitable for most adults.

We have a bathroom with bath and shower with screen over the bath.

There is also a wetsuit hook to hang your wetsuits over the bath to dry off.

There is an allocated parking space included in the listing, which is directly outside the apartment Block.

There is an indoor dining area as well as an outdoor picnic style table with benches should you wish to enjoy some alfresco dining.

You have sea views from the decking area.

The town centre is an equally short walk away, with a wide range of restaurants, pubs, ice creams, pasties and everything you need for a seaside holiday.

You have access to the entire apartment at all times, plus the external private decking.

Your host, Simon is available 24/7/365 via the Airbnb messaging app.

We aren’t able to offer a BBQ for external use as the decking is wooden and not suitable.
